Client Overview:
Our client, House on the Hill, is a Montessori school in Singapore that provides early childhood education based on the Montessori method. The school emphasizes hands-on learning, independence, and child-centered education. The client needed a modern, user-friendly website that reflected their unique educational approach while serving as an information hub for prospective parents and students.
Challenges:
Outdated Website Design: The existing website was outdated, lacking the visual appeal and mobile responsiveness necessary to engage modern users. It did not reflect the Montessori school’s nurturing and innovative approach to education.
Clear Communication of Programs: The client offered a variety of Montessori programs across different age groups, but the website didn’t clearly present these offerings, making it hard for parents to understand the options available for their children.
Lead Generation: The website needed to effectively capture inquiries and interest from parents looking for Montessori education for their children. A clear path for prospective parents to book school tours or request information was necessary.
Solution:
Child-Centric, Warm Design: We designed a visually appealing website with a soft color palette and engaging images of children learning in Montessori environments. The design reflected the warmth and nurturing atmosphere of the school while maintaining a professional layout.
Program Clarity and Structure: We created dedicated pages for each program (infants, toddlers, preschoolers, etc.), outlining the curriculum, teaching methods, and benefits of Montessori education. This helped parents easily find the information they needed based on their child’s age group.
Parent Engagement and Lead Generation: We integrated clear call-to-action buttons such as “Book a Tour” and “Contact Us” to encourage prospective parents to engage with the school. The forms were simple and user-friendly, making it easy for parents to submit inquiries or request more information.
Results:
The redesigned website led to a 40% increase in inquiries and tour bookings within the first three months. The improved structure and design helped parents navigate the site easily, leading to higher engagement and increased enrollment inquiries.
